Refund & Return Policy

At Couture Bay, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be unused, unworn, in their original box and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or damaged item was received.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
